Meet the silversmith

Hi there, My name is Dori Embree.

My journey into silversmithing began with a connection to my heritage and a appreciation of jewelry that reflects ones personality. I was Inspired by my great-grandma’s passion for things that shine and a shared love for horses, my childhood was filled with stories and memories that would later shape my artistry.

Driven by this personal call, I enrolled in a makers class at the DIY Cave in Bend, Oregon, where I discovered that silversmithing was not just a skill but a soulful expression of my roots. What began as a hobby quickly blossomed into a heartfelt tribute—a way to honor my family, memories, and the spirit of the west that has always lived within myself. Today I create each piece with care, blending traditional techniques with my own unique story, crafting authentic western jewelry that shines with meaning and history..
